Kotarō Akamatsu assures the staff that he knows how things work at a restaurant, but he works there like he is still working at a hotel. He is overly polite to the customers and he seems very nervous while working. The staff members become embarrassed.

A large sugar concern wants to take over the ailing sugar factory of the Rustenburg family. A fierce battle ensues and plans are hatched to depose the factory's director.

Girls' Generation's Horror Movie Factory, commonly abbreviated to 'H.M.F', is an MBC variety TV show starring popular South Korean girl group Girls' Generation. The members undergo various acting lessons and tests. The show started out with horror settings, but after a few episodes became more bright and cheerful.

Factory Girl is the Korean reality version of the movie The Devil Wears Prada, with the nine members of Girls' Generation taking on the role of fashion editors for a magazine aimed at teenagers and young adults. The editor of Elle Girl Korea, Nam Yoon Hee, as well as other faculty, frequently appeared on the show to give the Girls' Generation members assignments and guidance.

The Comedy Factory (no known affiliation with the comedy club of the same name) was a live-action, scripted comedy series that ran during the summers of 1985 and 1986 on ABC in the United States and CTV in Canada (who also oversaw production). The show revolved around comedians and actors acting out scenes from television pilots that had been passed on previously by ABC. The Rag Trade is a British television sitcom broadcast by the BBC between 1961 and 1963 and by LWT between 1977 and 1978. The scripts were by Ronald Wolfe and Ronald Chesney, who later wrote Wild, Wild Women, Meet the Wife and On the Buses. Wild, Wild Women was a period variation of The Rag Trade. The action centred on a small clothing workshop, Fenner Fashions in London. Although run by Harold Fenner and Reg the foreman, the female workers are led by militant shop steward Paddy Fleming, ever ready to strike, with the catchphrase "Everybody out!" Other cast members included Sheila Hancock, Esma Reese Cannon, Wanda Ventham and Barbara Windsor. The Rag Trade was revived by ITV company LWT in 1977, with Jones and Karlin reprising their roles. The 1977 version ran for two series, most of the scripts being based on the BBC episodes from the 1960s, and featured Anna Karen and future EastEnders star Gillian Taylforth as factory workers. The theme tune for the LWT series was written and performed by Lynsey De Paul.

Factory was a comedy television series. It premiered on Sunday, 29 June 2008 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern/9:00 p.m. Central on Spike. The series, produced by 3 Arts Entertainment, is directed by and stars Mitch Rouse and fellow comedians Michael Coleman, Jay Leggett and David Pasquesi. The pilot episode of the show has been made available free on iTunes. The show starred and was produced by Mitch Rouse, formerly of According To Jim.

Curry and Chips is a British sitcom broadcast in 1969 which was produced by London Weekend Television for the ITV network. Set on a factory floor of 'Lillicrap Ltd', it starred a blacked up Spike Milligan as an Asian immigrant who went by the name of Kevin O'Grady. It also featured Eric Sykes as the foreman, Norman Rossington as the shop steward, and other regulars were Kenny Lynch, and Sam Kydd.
