Larry Willis and Bill Wane are security guards who ride in the back of Banks Co. armored trucks. When they barely avoid a robbery, they return to headquarters, where their boss John Hale introduces them to detective Tom Sheridan, who will be working with them to uncover a new gang of robbers.

Detective Roger Mortis is killed in action while investigating a string of mysterious robberies: until he's brought back from the dead with a chemical company's secret re-animation technology. Now he has twelve hours to solve the case of his own death before he dies: And stays dead.

The summer holiday has begun. Jackie suddenly decides to go visit her old love Calle in the archipelago. She persuades her friend Vanja to come along. When Calle arrives to island he is not alone. His partner Yvonne, also his boss at the fashion company owned by Yvonne's father, accompanies Calle. Who, by the way, has changed his name to Carl-Adam. Problems arise.
