Free adaptation of the book "The Pitesti phenomenon" by Paul Goma. The last days of World War II. All people resembling Adolf Hitler, Eva Braun, Goebbels, Bormann and other Nazi leaders are arrested and taken to a camp so that the real fascist criminals can be discovered and punished. Thus begins the long nightmare of these characters, who will suffer for unproven crimes. For a year they will live in total isolation from the rest of the world, living a hellish existence.

On an otherwise normal day, Étienne, a happily married man and a good father, sees something that stops him dead in his tracks: a gorgeous woman in a billowing red dress. Long after she has left his vision, her memory continues to haunt his mind. He falls instantly in love with her and tries everything to get to know her better. Helping Étienne snare his elusive lady in red are his three bumbling buddies, which all have secret affairs and/or cheat on their wives.

Bourne is brought out of hiding once again by reporter Simon Ross who is trying to unveil Operation Blackbriar, an upgrade to Project Treadstone, in a series of newspaper columns. Information from the reporter stirs a new set of memories, and Bourne must finally uncover his dark past while dodging The Company's best efforts to eradicate him.
