The Most Popular Girls in School (abbreviated MPGIS) is an American stop-motion animated comedy web series that debuted on YouTube on May 1, 2012. Created by Mark Cope and Carlo Moss, the series animates Barbie, Ken and other fashion dolls, usually with customized costumes and hairstyles, as various characters. MPGIS follows the exploits of a fictional high school cheerleading team in Overland Park, Kansas and their friends, family and enemies. Variety described the series as "Mean Girls meets South Park".

A high school boy, Itsuki Tomonari, becomes entangled in a kidnapping incident and ends up taking care of Hinako Konohana, a young lady from one of Japan’s largest conglomerates. On the surface, Hinako appears to be a brilliant and charming girl, but in reality, she is lazy and lacks basic life skills. However, due to family circumstances, she is forced to play the role of the “perfect young lady” at school. Wanting to protect her, Itsuki looks after her with genuine care. Gradually, Hinako begins to dote on him with all her heart. This is a love story that begins with a seemingly perfect young lady whose hidden side creates a gap that transcends the boundaries of a master–servant relationship.
