Seiyo Uchino

A random mass stabbing, major food company Titus Foods, and a mysterious infant disease. These three things have as much in common as Detective Soma, hack writer Yarimizu, and the stabbing's lone survivor, Shuji. Yet, these men are now embroiled in a risky quest for the truth. What they find, though, is more heinous than they imagined, making them question just who is the real criminal?

Kotone Uemura (played by Haruno Maeda), a secondary school girl with emotional scars, hears a strange cry that sounds like shouting. Realising it is the voice of Isamu Akutsu (played by Seiyō Uchino), a middle-aged man of unknown background living in the flat next door, Kotone becomes suspicious. One day, Kotone follows Akutsu as he goes out and finds him in the park. Upon learning the reason behind his strange cries, her interest in him leads her to discover a community theatre group called ‘Taurus Theatre’.

Due to his arrogant attitude and personality, he comes into conflict with those around him. A new doctor tries to introduce the latest medical device for surgery, which doesn't need a surgeon's hand. Seishiro Tokai is skeptical of the device. He faces the university hospital administration and reveals corruption and hidden past behind the medical device.
