A group of dedicated vegans move to the town of Merthyr Tydfil in Wales to try to introduce as many of the local people as possible to their vegan way of life.

Former Dirty Sanchez frontman turned endurance athlete and vegan Matthew Pritchard goes on a mission to make Wales healthier.

Pritchard and Dainton – the better half of the Dirty Sanchez boys are back and are crazier than ever! Forget the valleys of Newport, the Sanchez boys are off on a trip of a lifetime in the search for the perfect high! The boys head of to all corners of the earth including India, Mexico, Papua New Guinea, Cambodia and Japan! In the search to find the ultimate high Pritchard and Dainton come across poisonous tree frogs, a hive of very angry Mexican bees and a nasty looking Piranha! The crew don't mean half the fun or pain – these two are pushing the limits when it comes to humour, adventure – and frankly downright stupidity.

Pritchard and Dainton travel around the world to find natural highs, from licking toads to eating beating snake hearts.

Dolan's special guests would perform stunts and hold their nerve during hidden camera set-ups in the presence of celebrities or the British public. Dirty Sanchez is a British stunt and prank TV series featuring a group of three Welshmen and one Englishman harming themselves, and each other, through dangerous stunts. It is known as Sanchez Boys and Team Sanchez in the U.S. The performers are Matthew Pritchard, Lee Dainton, Michael Locke and Dan Joyce, and were originally based in Newport, South Wales, but later series of the show take place elsewhere in the United Kingdom and the world. Pritchard and Locke also starred as the Pain Men in Channel 4's Balls of Steel.

In an attempt to rebuild the Gumball brand and reputation,the rally was set entirely in the United States distancing the rally from the fatalities in Europe two years prior. The route was from Santa Monica to Miami.
