
Stig Tomas Norström was a Swedish stage and screen actor, and director. He graduated from the Swedish National Academy of Acting, Stockholm, in 1981. His film debut was in Marianne Ahrne's "Långt borta och nära/Near and Far Away" (1976). Tomas Norström played among several stage productions Hamlet at Pistolteatern 1985, and Olle Ivar Marklund in the feature film "Pistvakt" (2005).

Kurt Wallander is thrown into a world he does not master - the computing world. An empty taxi found, heavily bloodstained and battered. Two young girls are taken in for questioning and admits murder of the taxi driver, but does not tell where the body is. The day after a man is found lying dead at an ATM with the bank statement in his hand. Two seemingly different cases, or do they have anything to do with each other? Kurt Wallander is trying to find answers, but he does not recognize himself - he feels unwell, dizzy and is forced to go to hospital.

Christmas is approaching and the chief of police in the town of Valleby intends to put on a Christmas play in memory of his parents, but a lot of crime gets in the way. He therefore enlists the help of two young detectives, Lasse and Maja. Lasse and Maja have their own detective agency that solves crimes. When the orchestra learns that the police chief has not gathered enough actors, they become increasingly suspicious of his amateurish methods.

Wallander is a Swedish television series adapted from Henning Mankell's Kurt Wallander novels and starring Krister Henriksson in the title role. The 1st series of 13 films was produced in 2005 and 2006, with one taken directly from a novel and the remainder with new storylines suggested by Mankell. The 2nd series of 13 films was shown between 2009 and 2010. The stories are set in Ystad near the southern tip of Sweden. The three films Before the Frost, Mastermind, and The Secret were premiered in cinemas, with the rest first released as direct-to-DVD movies. The first episode of the second series, Hämnden, was released in Swedish cinemas in January 2009; the rest of the series was made for television. The BBC aired all 26 episodes of the Swedish television versions on BBC Four. A third and final season, containing six 90 minute episodes, will air in 2013 with Charlotta Jonsson as Linda Wallander. The first episode, adapted from the novel The Troubled Man, was released in cinemas in January 2013.

Pistvakt was a Swedish television series, produced and aired by SVT subdepartment SVT Drama. It is based on a play by Pistolteatern. It was followed by the film Pistvakt.

The Military evacuates a zone in the Lapland mountains, under the pretext that there is an ongoing exercise. The district doctor gets suspicious when one of his patients, who lived inside the zone, suddenly dies. The body disappears without a trace.
