The events take place in a comedic context, focusing on a family composed of a father, a mother, several children, and their grandmother. The father works in the stock market after retiring, but he loses his money, house, and farm due to the global economic crisis. This forces him to live in an apartment in one of the buildings, where he encounters various and diverse problems.

A series about the love of a young girl for an old man. The story is that a girl named Hessa, who is young, was raised by a man named Saud (Bo Mubarak), and when she grew up, she loved him, but at first he did not reciprocate her feelings and considered her as his daughter, but that changed and he married her and their lives changed forever after that marriage.

The series follows Ashhafan, whose miserly behavior becomes the talk of his small town. Each episode presents a new scenario where his frugality leads to comical misunderstandings and conflicts with friends, family, and neighbors.
