"My Mom, My Ping Pong" begins with ten-year-old Yu Cheuk Wing, who is passionate about table tennis. Cheuk Wing takes up this impossible task. Cheuk Wing uses the allure of table tennis to get closer to Chi Yan gradually. She also understands her mother and coach’s support is her strong backing.

Many people die as old-fashioned tenement Wai Lei Building abruptly collapses. Engineer Sze Kwong has conducted a survey of the building.
