Adel is a young man working as a security camera installer. His life takes a dramatic turn when his family is threatened by a series of mysterious and escalating events. The series is set in Upper Egypt and is based on a true event in which the tyrannical parents of Abdul Hayy, a rebellious young man, force him to face several difficulties

In a social dramatic context, the events of the series revolve around the issue of marital infidelity and the secrets of the human soul through three women (a doctor, a lawyer, and an employee in one of the departments), where the pace of events escalates due to the disputes between the lawyer and her husband, an interior designer, especially after she accused him of betrayal, with the intertwined relationships between all parties.

After being fooled by her husband into leaving Egypt, Rouh finds herself at an ISIS den in Syria, whereupon she tries to escape but ends up at a camp for female ISIS fugitives, while her return to Egypt becomes a distant dream.

'And So It Happened' is a series that deals with the different problems women have been facing in Egypt, especially in the Southern parts, between the years 1918 and 2018, showing the difference in ideas and traditions.

The series follows one of the emperors of Upper Egypt Younis Shehab, who achieves everything he wants from the arms trade to the sale of antiquities, to have influence and power that no one can stop, while his uncles are trying to uncover his truth and that of his mother Fadda after questioning his lineage.

The dramatic events revolve around (Ali) the police lieutenant colonel who is investigating a corruption case, with the sequence of events discovering papers proving that he is the son of (Yahya Nosier), one of the businesspeople accused in the corruption case he was investigating.

The series gives us true historical stories about great noble judges in Islamic history.
