Mariska Bauer

Frans and Mariska Bauer have been a well-oiled machine for over 30 years. Frans travels throughout the country for his performances and is often away from home. Mariska runs the house. Now that their boys are getting older and increasingly independent, they can't escape the fact that this busy life will be very different in a few years. Empty nest syndrome is looming. Besides, Frans saw Abraham last year and finds balance in his busy career increasingly important. But how do you achieve that? Te land ter zee en in de lucht is the oldest Dutch amusement television show. It was first aired in 1971. In 2006 the 35th season of the TROS program was recorded and broadcast. It is still a popular show and travels through the country during the summer.
