Sou and Aoi of "Aoki (= immature) Vampire" runs a coffee shop that is open only at night. Due to the influence of the new corona, the monthly blood distribution from the Vampire Association headquarters in Romania has stopped. "Vampires can attack humans and become full-fledged," he says, but it's not easy for the two blue vans who have never sucked blood on their own... Can Sou and Aoi survive the corona wreck?

TOKYO MER is formed by order from the Governor of Tokyo. The name of the group stands for TOKYO Mobile Emergency Room. The members are emergency care professionals and they are to go to sites of dangerous accidents and disasters by ER car. Their ER car is a large vehicle equipped with the latest medical devices and an operating area. There, TOKYO MER saves lives of the injured. Kōta Kitami is a doctor for TOKYO MER and its leader. He holds a strong conviction that, regardless of the dangers, he will go to accident sites to save lives.

Aida Rintaro is a handsome teacher who is popular among the female students. Rintaro is the homeroom teacher of a class that has a student called Sakurai Sachiko, who constantly gets bullied by her classmates. With strong sense of justice, Rintaro is always there helping Sachiko whenever she gets bullied. To Sachiko, Rintaro is like a "hero" and she starts liking him. However, unlike what's being shown, Rintaro is actually the person who planned all the bullying pranks. He pretended to be a "hero" and save Sachiko repeatedly in order to get liked by her.

Totally inexperienced, all they have to fall back on are their youth, passion, and the lessons they're learning in class--and yet the two are already getting dragged into a string of complex cases. But thanks to the help of classmates and full-fledged detectives, they begin to solve one crime after another. Polar opposites end up complementing each other's shortcomings as they combine action with deductive reasoning in this comical yet serious police drama so fast-paced, it'll leave you breathless.
