After two years, a visit from Goddess Kali, warning him of the danger that looms over Vijayanagar, spurs Tenali Rama into returning to the kingdom. The story is set at the Parakram SAF (Special Action Force) Base Camp in Mumbai. The academy, led by elite officers, opens its doors to a group of civilian cadets for an intensive training program designed to prepare them for potential national threats. While the cadets undergo grueling physical and mental tests, the academy faces external threats, including terrorist plots and internal sabotage. The "Ziddi" (stubborn) nature of the characters refers to their refusal to give up—whether it's on their country, their duty, or their love.

The show went on air from 9 January 2012. The show aired its last episode in October 2012. But the production company has come back with season 2 from 14 January 2013.
