Years after two college sweethearts went their separate ways, Mosheng and Yichen rekindle their romance despite a barrage of challenges to their love.

Mei, a young woman who was adopted from China as a baby, is dramatically pulled back into the land of her birth. As she embarks on a dangerous mission to save the brother she never knew, she is forced to confront the truth of who she truly is and what family really means.

Rong Jinxiu, a country girl, travels to Shanghai to uncover the truth behind her family's death and crosses paths with Zuo Zhen, a triad leader. As they fall in love, Jinxiu also draws the attention of businessman Xiang Yingdong. Amidst growing danger, Jinxiu must navigate love, rivalry, and threats to her family’s survival.

The Legend of the Condor Heroes is a Chinese television series adapted from Louis Cha's novel of the same title. The series was produced by Chinese Entertainment Shanghai, the same company that produced Chinese Paladin, The Little Fairy and The Young Warriors. Many cast members from those projects collaborated again in this series, such as Hu Ge, Ariel Lin, Justin Yuan, and Cecilia Liu. The series was first broadcast on KMTV-1 in China in July 2008.

Set in Shanghai in the late 1910s, Qian Bao Bao is a cunning young woman who assumes the stolen identity of a female instructor at an all-male military academy in order to earn enough money to help her sick mother. During her stay at the academy, Bao Bao finds herself entangled in a complicated love triangle with the flirtatious Xiang Hao and the intelligent Shen Wen Tao, who are both instructors at the academy.
