The series premiered on GMA Network on February 8, 2010 starring Barbie Forteza and Joshua Dionisio, who were previously paired in Stairway to Heaven and Dear Friend: My Christmas List. The show is part of GMA's 60th Year Celebration Offering.

A story about the tiring but sad love and hatred between a mother and her daughters. Lee Jin-ae has a love and hate relationship with her mother, Im San-ok. She dreams of becoming independent from her family and especially from her mother. Jin-ae falls in love with Kang Hoon-jae and marries to him. Meanwhile, what awaits for Jin-ae is her new mother-in-law, Hwang Young-sun. While experiencing difficult times with her mother-in-law, Jin-ae begins to understand her mother San-ok for the first time.

Metin and Perihan are a couple who got married, had two children, came to Istanbul with the desire to find a job, opened a small grocery store and started a new life for themselves. The story changes when Perihan goes to Bursa one day. After an accident on the bus, no one can find Perihan, and there is no survivor of this terrible accident. Shaken by this news, the family gets used to Perihan's absence over the years and tries to move on with life. 13 years pass after this terrible event. Metin got married again and the children grew up, and Metin had another child with his new wife, Hülya. Perihan, who has no knowledge of the past and has been living in a rehabilitation center for 13 years, remembers who she is and returns home.

Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara is an Indian drama television series that air on Sony TV on August 15, 2013. The series stars Sangeeta Ghosh in the main lead and replaced the show, Nayi Umar Nayi Chunauti - Parvarrish Agla Padav.
