You Are My Hero

Five-part adaptation of Anne Frank's famous wartime diaries in which a young teenager and her family go into hiding from the Nazis in wartime Amsterdam.

Ramiro is a 40-year-old lawyer and university professor who returns to Brazil after eight years of exile in France as a result of the military dictatorship. Recently separated from Dora, he meets Elisa, the youngest daughter of a couple of friends of his parents, who will turn his life upside down.

Haru Satonaka is the captain of an ice-hockey team, a star athlete who stakes everything on hockey but can only consider love as a game. Aki Murase is a woman who has been waiting for her lover who went abroad two years ago. These two persons start a relationship while frankly admitting to each other that it is only a love game. …The result is the unfolding of a drama of people with their respective pasts and with their pride as individuals.

Min-jae and Seo-yeon are no different from ordinary 17-year-old high school students. Min-jae is silent and sensitive, yet a good student.
