In February, 2020, a luxury cruise ship carrying 3,700 people arrives in Yokohama Port. One passenger, who disembarked in Hong Kong, was confirmed to have the new coronavirus. The coronavirus has since spread rapidly on the cruise ship. More than 100 passengers complain of symptoms. The DMAT (Disaster Medical Assistance Team) is called to the port to respond. DMAT is specialized in responding to natural disasters like earthquakes and floods. They do not have experience or training in dealing with new virus outbreaks. Hideharu Yuki, who is a leader in DMAT, and government official Nobutaka Tatematsu command the cruise ship situation at the headquarters. Doctor Yukiyoshi Sendo and members of DMAT, including Haruto Sanada, decided to board the ship to deal with the situation.

A documentary that pursues the traces of a woman in Yokohama who stood at a street corner as a prostitute for 50 years after the war. An old woman, dressed in an aristocratic dress with her face made up white, quietly stands at a street corner. Known as a beautiful prostitute, her sophisticated behavior, as the years rolled by, became part of the local scenery. Never revealing her real name or her age, the woman preserved her lifestyle as a prostitute. People call her "Yokohama Mary". In winter 1995, Mary disappeared from the street. Rumors spread like an urban legend. There were some people who kept a kind watch for her. One such person is a chanson singer, Nagato Ganjiro, who has very little time left to live because of his illness. As Nagato recalls his memories of Mary, his desire to sing in front of her once more grows.

Recordings of two live performances by Malice Mizer, edited into a complete concert experience of the visual kei band’s third studio album "merveilles", filmed while on tour in Japan during 1998 at the Nippon Budōkan Hall on April 1 and Yokohama Arena on July 22. The live video features an onstage cathedral set piece, theatrics, costume changes, and skits — performed as openings and endings of songs. The final show of the "merveilles ~Shuuen to Kisuu~" tour held July 22, 1998 at Yokohama Arena, featured in the film, would be lead vocalist Gackt’s last performance with Malice Mizer before his departure from the group in January of 1999 and drummer Kami’s last live show before his sudden passing on June 21, 1999.

Yukio Fujiki is a 91 years old prominent conservative figure in Yokohama, who organizes the distribution of the port and is well-connected with the people of the local political and business world. However, in 2019, Fujiki voiced his opposition to the administration's attempts to bring casinos to Yokohama and embarked on the last fight of his life to protect his own city from the expansion of the gambling industry.
