In pre-war Japan, a government censor tries to make the writer for a theater troupe alter his comedic script. As they work with and against each other, the script ends up developing in unexpected ways.

The setting is a recruitment examination for an IT company, there are six finalists who are given the task to build a team and hold a discussion in one month's time. So, they deepen their interaction with each other so that all to receive offers. But soon they will find that the assignment has been changed and there will be only one succeosor. 6 envelopes are found in the discussion room which contain accusations of the "crimes" of each of the six. Who is the liar? The ultimate psychological battle begins.

His life was bound up with some of the most important events in the history of this country after 1930. As well as Héctor's own testimony we have the voices of textile workers, intellectuals, union members and politicians, in a rich mixture of archive film and photographs.
