In 2017, I visited Russia for three weeks, experiencing its rainy and gloomy weather. As November approached, the weather became unpredictable. I went up to the Arctic Circle to witness the northern lights, which was one of the cheapest places in the world to do so. After Murmansk, I spent a week each in St. Petersburg and Moscow to capture the “Life Out of Balance” of Russian cities. This video was inspired by the documentary Koyaanisqatsi, Life Out of Balance.
