"Crime City Shinjuku" - The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Organized Crime Control Division, commonly known as "Sotai", keeps an eye on the dark side of society. Among them is a special section called the "Guerror Division," which was set up solely for the purpose of making a breakthrough in the investigation. Personal feelings and morals are not required in their investigation. All that is required is an isolated and unaided forced investigation to improve the clearance rate. Hodaka (Yasukaze Motomiya), a detective in the guerrilla division, invites his junior colleague Ushijima (Ryohei Abe), who is on leave from work, to the guerrilla division in order to eliminate the yakuza organization "Kokuryukai," whose true situation cannot be ascertained.
