The action explores the surrealistic absurdist ritual called “Elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus”. This procedure, in my understanding, is a ceremony of an eccentric farce, with the intersection of modern form of religious worship and hierarchical animal behavior of primates.

Mr. Brunelli, a roomer at a boarding house, has caught the eye of Kate, the daughter of the woman who owns the house. Kate knows her mother, who doesn't want her daughter to have anything to do with her tenants, will disapprove of Mr. Brunelli, but she soon discovers that Mr. Brunelli isn't quite who she thinks he is.

Charlie Biggs, born and raised in Queens, is your everyday kinda guy. He eats bacon every day, watches 80’s films, and reads Bukowski on occasion.
