Good People is a human drama set in modern Tokyo, where nationality and background intermingle in everyday life. The story follows three young adults — each overwhelmed by a sense of powerlessness — whose lives unexpectedly intersect as they search for meaning, connection, and the courage to reclaim the dreams they once abandoned. Originally screened under the title Pancakes, the film stars Jay West, Dante Carver, and Asami Imajuku, alongside strong supporting performances from Sei Ashina, Tetsuji Tamayama, Yoshinori Okada, and Yuri Nakamura.

Tom and Anna Wright, a young American couple, fall into severe debt while renovating Tom's family home in London. She is in a hurry in her affairs, and the enthusiastic composer follows her relentlessly. And every sound he hears becomes part of a new melody for him. The finale of the film is a panorama of Kyiv to the song "Two Colors".
