Part II targets issues and organizing among Native and Mexican communities in the South West, Latinos facing homelessness in urban areas, and indigenous Amazonians fighting against the destruction of their environment by cattle ranchers.

To reduce its negative impact on farmer livelihood, the Environmental Defense Fund and NC A&T University partnered to teach climate-resilient practices.
