Amanda is a student obsessed with all things French. Holed up with the flu in her Brixton flat, she is awoken in the dead of night by a burglar who's broken into the wrong house. Amanda falls in love with the intruder but as their love blooms, her flat starts to fill up with stolen goods.

Brixton has degenerated into a disregarded area inhabited by London's new robot workforce - robots built and designed to carry out all of the tasks which humans are no longer inclined to do. The mechanical population of Brixton has rocketed, resulting in unplanned, cheap and quick additions to the skyline. The film follows the trials and tribulations of young robots surviving at the sharp end of inner city life, living the predictable existence of a populous hemmed in by poverty, disillusionment and mass unemployment. When the Police invade the one space which the robots can call their own, the fierce and strained relationship between the two sides explodes into an outbreak of violence echoing that of 1981.

Korn is an American nu metal band from Bakersfield, California, formed in 1993. Documentary about how a number of black social workers and playwrights struggle to open a theatre workshop in Brixton. In spite of the desperate opinions of the community and lack of funds, the nucleus of the workshop succeeds in involving growing numbers of people in a theatrical context to express some of their deepest emotions, both social and political.
