Central London, today; Dee is an anarchic street-artist confronting the system, Marcus is an armed robber on a jewellery store crime-wave. For the two brothers, being Anti-Social is a way of life.

Jane, who lives alone, stumbled upon an old game card set while cleaning her room. To her dismay, one of the cards was missing. Remembering that she used to play with a friend named P, she decided to reach out. Since today was her birthday, she thought it would be a great way to reconnect and perhaps even have a little celebration.

"Crime City Shinjuku" - The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Organized Crime Control Division, commonly known as "Sotai", keeps an eye on the dark side of society. Among them is a special section called the "Guerror Division," which was set up solely for the purpose of making a breakthrough in the investigation. Personal feelings and morals are not required in their investigation. All that is required is an isolated and unaided forced investigation to improve the clearance rate. Hodaka (Yasukaze Motomiya), a detective in the guerrilla division, invites his junior colleague Ushijima (Ryohei Abe), who is on leave from work, to the guerrilla division in order to eliminate the yakuza organization "Kokuryukai," whose true situation cannot be ascertained.
