After the young Himuro (Yasukaze Motomiya) and Tamura (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) force a local yakuza family to disband, they leave Yokohama and head to Kobe where they meet members of the Kyowa Clan.

With the Kyowa and Shinto Clans in open conflict, Tamura (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi) looks for a chance to kill the head of the Shinto Clan as others attempt to forge a truce.

The story of a teenage boy named Yu, who falls for Yoko, a girl he runs into while operating for the sake of sin as an "up-skirt" photographer.
