Midsummer in Sweden; somewhere above the Arctic Circle. Many curious stories unfold in a small Finnish-speaking village, while the sun never sets.

A comedy about two Danish strippers, Mona and Netty, who see life as a carefree party paid for by various men. Or at least that's how it was before... After a conflict with the club owner, they are fired and flee to Sweden to find Mona's love, who reportedly lives on a remote farm. And the two women learn more about life on a wild journey out in the Swedish countryside.

Bjarne runs a moving company with his wife Malin, but it is shaky and they need to borrow money. Across the river lives Bjarnes father Halvar. The two have never pulled evenly, which stems from a 20-year conflict filled with idle words, grumpy pride and stubborn prestige. In order to rescue the firm Malin sees no alternative but to go across the river to ask Halvar to cater for the loan. A decision that will have unexpected consequences.

Things changes when he meets Trinidad, a mysterious woman who lives outside society spending her time building a great ship that perhaps could take Eskil to his mother...

The Swedish tabloid Kvällspressen has set their crime reporter, Annika Bengtzon, to monitor a complex murder case. The victim is a colleague and the only witness is a 15-year-old boy. Bengtzon's inquiries take an unexpected turn when the tracks lead to a 40-year-old attack on an airbase.

As Ante goes out for his regular Friday binge, he gets a unpleasant surprise. The genre of the pub and people's attitudes change with every drink he takes. And it all ends in the deepest horror.
