Clément lives with Louise, a twenty-something woman who wants to be an actress. Adrien starts a flirtatious relationship with Louise, which strains his newfound bond with Clément.

In 1920, Major Dellaplane, a man of honor and ethics, searches for missing French soldiers. He meets Madame Irène de Courtil, a politically connected Parisian, and their paths cross.

Juillet is a young orphan girl who returns to the town she was born in to find her mother. She tries to befriend her yuppie neighbors Marie and Jacques with comic consequences. The thrilling part (supposedly) of the film finds Marbas as a timid psycho killer who targets pretty young women.
