Ee Bhargavi Nilayam movie tells lovers commit suicide. As a result the village has no rains for years and the festival in the temple never take place. It is predicted that a man will come across the river and save the village from their sufferings.

Brothers Kasinathan and Swaminathan strive for the good of their village. But after Swaminathan dies mysteriously, Kasi investigates and eventually becomes the new patriarch.

And now it is she who does all the wooing and persuades her father to get her married to Muthu.
