In the spring of 1945, the commanding officer of the National Armed Forces in Mazowsze and older brother of 20-year-old Mieczyslaw Dziemieszkiewicz, is assassinated by Soviet soldiers. Mieczyslaw then joins the National Military Union. He becomes the commander of a partisan unit fighting for the next six years to free Poland from Soviet tyranny by terrorizing the UB and its collaborators. Communist authorities will do whatever it takes to track down the "enemy of the people's power."

The play by Wojciech Tomczyk. The topic taken up by Wojciech Tomczyk is a very hot one, dealing with the still painful settlements with the People's Republic of Poland, the problem of victims and executioners, entangled in the communist and post-communist system. A retired military counterintelligence officer is approached by a journalist. Hanka wants to get information about the colonel with whom our retiree met at the infantry school, where they studied since the fall of 1953. Stefan Kolodziej, however, has other plans. He wants to tell Hanka his biography, which is suspiciously intertwined with the journalist's life. The Colonel's confession reveals the horrifying cesspool of communism: finished people, destroyed families and careers.

On an ordinary winter's day, various people from outside Warsaw come to the Polish capital city for different reasons. They all have something to deal with, and their paths eventually intertwine.

"Miss Wet T-Shirt" is a humorous and thought-provoking story of a widowed man in his fifties who rebels against the degradation of the world around him, full of corruption and moral ambiguity. Władysław did not always act honestly in life, so his wife left him. Soon she was gone forever and only after her death did he understand his mistake. He tries to redeem guilt, adhering to the principle that no one can escape from responsibility for committed sins, for existence in the world of evil. The hero heads a group of so-called defenders of morals, actively participates in combating the progressive demoralization of society.

In a small village a couple fails to conceive. One day the man brings home to hide a Jewish woman whose family was murdered.

A TV crew is to make a film about a happy family. The choice falls on the family of Adam Hyńczak, a well-to-do banker with a reputation for decency. However, in the course of filming, it comes to light that under the appearance of family idyll there are serious problems and pathologies. Both Adam and his wife, Magda, are completely preoccupied with their own affairs. They do not notice at all that something bad is happening with their adolescent son. Some time ago, having found himself at a bend in life, he turned to drugs.

In a Polish-Jewish village, pious student Chanan, captivated by Kabbalah, falls in love with Leah, the rabbi’s daughter, but is forbidden to wed her and dies invoking the Ineffable Name - returning as a dybbuk (possessing spirit) at her wedding. Only after a mystical “trial” reveals a centuries-old vow binding their souls does the revered Rabbi Azriel exorcise the dybbuk, freeing both Leah and the restless spirit.

Polish rebel Rafal Wojaczek writes poetry and lives life on the edge before his suicide in 1971.
