Two married couples of neighbors, the Lebedevs and the Bubliks, are forced to go on a long journey together to one of the northern cities - Nezhnogore, where some are going to get divorced, and others - to spend the holidays. But crazy adventures and discoveries await them along the way.

The beginning of the 2000s. New realities, instant adaptation to the proposed circumstances, enchanting careers, unexpected unknown professions... All this could have happened only at the turn of the century, when the Soviet system instantly went out of fashion, replaced by the lightning invasion of the Western world in a grotesque parody. The main character of the film is an inconspicuous girl Nadezhda Strakhova. Nadezhda, oddly enough, is married. Her husband, Vitalik, a provincial, married a childless Nadezhda for the sake of a Moscow residence permit and a typical "Khrushchev" on the outskirts of Moscow. Nadezhda works two jobs to support her small family: in the mornings in the district library and in the evenings in the theater wardrobe. One day her life changes dramatically.

Charismatic burglar Maksim gets into trouble after owing money to dangerous bandits. During the next robbery, he witnesses a desperate act committed by the apartment owner Eva, who has unexpectedly returned: she tries to burn everything that reminds her of her traitorous boyfriend, and in addition, commit suicide. Maksim decides to stop Eva and save himself from even bigger problems.

Anya and Oleg are preparing for the wedding. But Anya has a little secret - she didn't tell her parents anything. Anya is afraid that her mother will not approve of her choice. And, indeed, she has completely different plans - her mother wants to marry her daughter to her neighbor in the dacha. As a result, Anya ends up on her honeymoon not in Thailand, but with her grandmother in the village with two suitors.

The story of two opposite people, which begins in a St. Petersburg bar on Ribinstein Street. In search of true love, freedom-loving Ilona and the conservative teacher of Russian language and literature Artyom find themselves on one of the most important restaurant streets in the city and throughout Europe, where they get to know each other. Drinking, dancing and talking lead them to a random night they would never spend together while sober.

The feeling is mutual but Sophia’s parents want her to marry another - a man of high social standing and low moral values. Greg is forcibly separated from his beloved and made to join General Alexander Suvorov’s army.
