Pandavas, after completing the 12 years of exile in the forest along with their wife Draupadi, choosing their disguised avatars for the remaining 1 year of incognito life until the Vijaya Dasami festival. If caught, they will have to repeat another exile of 13 years if anyone spotted their real identities.

Two journalists, both working for two different news channels don't really like each other, but the equation between them changes when fate puts the two of them together in the warring backdrop of Kargil.

Superstar Manoranjan learns that he has only a few days to live and approaches his mentor, director Margadarisi to direct his next project — a folklore-ish comedy about a man who keeps cheating death and his role in saving a kingdom. Meanwhile, he has to sort out his personal lives, which involves an estranged son and a daughter from the love of his life.

Chandu (Nagarjuna) is a very selfish, self made and cut throat businessman in New York who runs a successful Event Organizing Agency and is aided by his uncle Sundar (M. S. Narayana), friends Bharath (Bharath Reddy) and Maya (Meera Chopra). Chandu never believes in relationships and family bonding citing them as a mess to discard. He is always involved in romantic activities with many girls sans commitment. Maya loves Chandu but as fate would have it, She marries Kamaraju (Brahmanandam), an aged yet wealthy doctor to rob his wealth. On the advice of Chandu, she applies for divorce and gets the money from him.

Picking up the storyline from where Singam ended, Duraisingam has gone undercover after meeting the Home Minister and is working as an NCC officer in a school in Thoothukudi. The only people who know about this operation are the Chief Minister and Home Minister apart from himself.

Murugan is a stunt actor in movies and his only aim in life is to become a good villain and get featured prominently in movie posters and cutouts. At a temple festival, he rescues Dakshinamoorthy from goons trying to kidnap him on orders from his son, who wants to take over land on which an orphanage is located. Murugan takes Dakshina to his mansion to keep him safe. Soon, thugs arrive in search of Dakshina as the land was promised to politician Ranganayaki alias Akka in return for an MLA seat to his son. It is now up to Murugan to foil their plan.

Vasu falls in love with Keerthi, but when he expresses his feelings to her, she turns him down and says that her marriage has already been arranged. He later learns that she is set to marry his close friend Cheenu.

At the request of Lord Krishna, a dedicated devotee, Lakshmi, attempts to marry a selfish playboy, Pundarika.

Ganesh, an unemployed man, lands up in a company where Keerthi, the girl he loves, works but who is already engaged to someone else. Sudden incidents ruin his life and he again comes across her, but refuses to marry her.

Surendra (T. Gopichand) is an honest and hot-blooded cop. Archana (Gowri Pandit) is the daughter of police commissioner. They meet accidentally and their relationship blossoms into love. Archana's father is of Bihar origin. Parents settle the match of Surendra and Archana. When they are about to get engaged, Surendra expresses his reservations due to Archana overhearing her father's conversation with his long estranged sister on the subject of Archana and Sinha marrying. Surendra takes the blame for the destroyed relationship and Archana goes back to Bihar to wed her cousin Sinha (Salim Baig). The rest of the story is all about how Surendra goes to Bihar and wins Archana back.
