By some quirk of fate, the two small-time thieves and the spoiled princess find themselves in the Black Forest full of magic beings who believe that everyone has a chance to mend his ways. However, sometimes even the best intentions need to take a pretty long way round to be achieved... Funny fairy tale full of action, excitement, fun, magic but also love.

Teacher Tomáš Majer, who joined a former special school in 2010, has disappeared. He arrived at the school several months after his sister Jana, also a teacher, was murdered. During the school year, the boys who murdered Jana Majerová mysteriously died. Tomáš Majer most likely avenged his sister in cold blood.

A Gogolian grotesque with elements of Italian neorealism underscored by Janáček's four-part harmonies. The Divadlo v Dlouhé theater consciously renounced folkloric color and psychological insight into the souls of individual characters and focused primarily on a comedic view of everyday Czech life, in which vanity and personal interests often play a key role. Director Jan Borna based his production on Miroslav Macháček's famous adaptation, which, however, underwent minor changes in the staging by the actors of the Divadlo v Dlouhé theater.

After the birth of his daughter Anička, Karaba retires his highwayman’s tools and resumes life as a humble potter, even as the royal couple welcomes a son, Jakub, and the ministers’ greed threatens to draw him back into defending the common folk.

High school teacher Jiří is torn from his solitude and everyday life by an unexpected nighttime visit from his beloved younger sister, former seamstress Růžena. She tells her brother that she has run away from her husband Fanda, a textile merchant, because of his greed and vulgarity. However, Jiří later learns from his other sister, Tylda, that Růžena spent a lot of money and left her husband for a dragoon captain. The captain has now rejected his pregnant lover because he is getting married. Disappointed, Růžena believes that her brother has turned away from her because of her lie, and she decides to take a desperate step...

A television recording of the stage adaptation of Terry Pratchett's novel, produced by Divadlo v Dlouhé. Granny Weatherwax and Nanny Ogg, the greatest witches on Discworld, set out to enjoy an evening at the Ankh-Morpork Opera, where their fellow Lancre native and potential third witch, Agnes Nulli, sings in the chorus. But strange things are happening at the Ankh-Morpork Opera House, and not just in the accounting department. Opera employees are falling dead from the fly loft, box number 8 cannot be sold because it has been reserved by a mysterious figure wearing a white mask, and the newly appointed director is receiving strange letters from a certain Ghost of the Opera.

An adaptation of the sixth book in Terry Pratchett's Discworld fantasy series, performed by Divadlo v Dlouhé. On Discworld, which is flat and travels through space on the back of a giant turtle, unimaginable things began to happen when three witches—Granny Weatherwax, Nanny Ogg, and Magrat Garlick—became involved in royal politics. They did not like the cruel rule of Lord Felmet, who ascended the throne after murdering King Verence, who thus became a ghost.

We meet Veronica shortly before her high-school graduation exams. She lives with her mother, an alcoholic, and her mother's partner. One day when he is drunk, he chases Veronica to the roof of a house and falls off, killing himself. He was in debt as he was addicted to gambling. His creditor wants the money back and starts to threaten Veronica. Her mother will not protect her since she is always drunk. Thus, the young girl must leave home and hide far away. On her journey she meets many characters. Some of them are comic, others are rather tragicomic. And Veronica tries to find good people with whom she would feel comfortable and happy, thus giving her life meaning. - Czech film center

At the same time, both face a number of difficulties. Because the magical objects that have provided the family with a livelihood for centuries have begun to behave unpredictably, they will have to find some suitable work. Although this is a classic fairy tale, you will see a number of new characters in it. Right at the beginning, you will meet three fairies, Týna, Mína, and Vesna, who bring their two young charges, Isabel and Felicia, to the royal ball. The king chooses Felicia as his bride, while the other, Isabel, swears terrible revenge. Fortunately, the curse she casts over the cradle of the little princess Růženka is mitigated by the wise fairy Vesna, but she is unable to break it. And so the whole kingdom lives in fear of the approaching sixteenth birthday of Princess Sleeping Beauty. Despite all the ingenious precautions, Isabella achieves her goal and the whole kingdom falls into a deep sleep. Fortunately, there is a spell more powerful than all others—love? Two rescuers set out to wake Sleeping Beauty: the gardener Janek and Prince Matyáš. Which of them is the right one, and what will happen to the evil Isabela? You'll find out this Christmas.
