General George S. Patton died in a car accident in 1945. But was his death actually a murder. Is he targeted by Nazis angered by Germany's defeat? Or is it because Patton is investigating the theft of a quarter of a billion dollars of Nazi gold? An 11-year-old boy survives a serious car accident but remains mentally and physically disabled for the rest of his life. The film depicts the situation of those affected and the reaction of those around them. It is a call for more humane treatment of people with disabilities.
