A member of the Air Self-Defense Force learns of a crucial national secret: that conscription will be introduced to Japan. Pursued by the state, the man and his wife attempt to flee to her parents' home, but along the way they meet a carefree young man who loves movies. Meanwhile, back in his rural hometown, his father-in-law is in critical condition, but his sister-in-law neglects to care for him and instead engages in phone sex with him.

A sequel to "Destroy the Evil", it follows the protagonist of the previous film, who is pursued by the yakuza and moves to a rural town in Chiba. The story concludes with a tragic ending, but as the title "Keep running, keep running!" At the end of the film, there is an image shot of the protagonists who continue to run, as the title suggests, and this is a strong statement to the director himself and to the audience.

This is a ridiculous ensemble drama inspired by Shinji Somai's "Luminous Woman" and incorporating the setting of "Tomorrow's Joe" (Ashita no Joe).
