Yony Marian

In late 1943, an American squad engages in a skirmish with German soldiers along the Winter Line in central Italy. As artillery shells rain down, the Americans must honor the rules of war and protect their wounded prisoners. Huddled together in a cave and made to see the enemy as human, the soldiers wrestle with unimaginable moral questions outside the boundaries of nationality and allegiance.

From puberty, to relationships, social media, violent intruder drills, drugs, suicide, and quarantine, Still Untitled answers the question, "What do 8th graders really care about?" In this film written by Lyndell Higgins and her 8th Grade Acting class, we experience from the eyes and hearts of middle schoolers what it means to grow up today and embrace all of what being an 8th grader is all about - smiles, tears, fear, love, confusion, and hope. All filmed during quarantine.
