After the Germans flooded large parts of The Netherlands towards the end of WWII, the Brouwer family find themselves trapped in their attic surrounded by water. With their rations dwindling, tensions arise within the household.

After stealing from the wrong Amsterdam druglord, Ana finds herself homeless, hunted, and teaming up with a piss-drinking street goblin who dreams of robbing banks. Together, they drift through scams and grifts in a scuzzy fairytale about survival and accidental friendship.
