As merchandising and to inspire her prospective customers for her products, she sends ostrich-eggs to the nearby restaurants on the mainland. But the first delivery turns into to a disaster. The shipping company that operates the ferry service to the mainland had left Anna's products in the sun too long, and all eggs spoiled before they got to their destination. Anna's optimism gets a serious blow and she is close to bankruptcy. Matthias, a lawyer and a good friend of Anna, supports her by all means in her fight against the shipping company owner and shyster, Reents. With great media interest and the aid of the sympathetic journalist, Marc stokes, Anna enters the fight against the nearly all-powerful adversary in order to force Reents to give up.

A wealthy couple in early retirement move into a bungalow in a park-like residential complex and are all set for a fulfilling retirement. Their happiness could be perfect if the workmen hadn't caused a tiny leak in the roof, which would require repeated repairs. What initially appears to be a ridiculous repair takes on threatening proportions and requires ever greater construction work.

Forcibly admitted to psychiatry, he founded the party »Eiffe Brothers«. Christmas 1983 he escapes from the institution and is found frozen months later. In the 1990s, the filmmaker Christian Bau and Artur Dieckhoff began to deal with Eiffe.

Elated by the Italian attitude to life, family Struutz returns to Bitterfeld and experiences a shock: In the turmoil of the reunification her house must give way to a golf course. Hope Udo teacher, his wife Rita and daughter Jacqueline through the surprising inheritance of a factory near Dresden. But of market economy, the staid Saxons unfortunately have no idea. Help comes in the guise of adventurer and condoms dealer Charlie, who works as a "business consultant" and gives Udo a Rock & Roll crash course in capitalism - with unsurpassed success.
