A young couple and their daughter move into a rambling old house. Soon, an increasingly alarming string of events and supernatural disturbances connects the house, and them, with a series of unsolved murders committed three years earlier. They are the only living witnesses, but for how long?

A Danish officer, Michael, is sent away to the International Security Assistance Force operation in Afghanistan for three months. His first mission there is to find a young radar technician who had been separated from his squad some days earlier. While on the search, his helicopter is shot down and he is taken as a prisoner of war, but is reported dead to the family.

After getting fired from his job cleaning the streets of Hamburg, Eule is fed up with big-city life, steals a moped, and sets off with his slot machine-addicted buddy Daddel on a trip to Hong Kong to visit Bruce Lee's grave. However, they only make it as far as Berlin for the time being...
