Three estranged siblings arrange a fake trip to Paris to fulfill the wish of their terminally-ill elderly father.

Luce is a girl who lives with her father and who tries to face the normality of everyday life despite her existence has been upset by the premature loss of her mother. During his service as a volunteer palliative care assistant for the terminally ill, Luce meets Agata an elderly lady with a not very easy temper. Luce will see something in Agata that few others have been able to see and, as if to retrace the last moments with his mother, will give Agata what she needs most: "a ray of sunshine" in the darkness of illness.

An elderly dancer puts together his young students and his former partners to win an international dance competition and prevent his school from being closed.
