Musical cartoon based on the story of the Perm writer Vladimir Vorobyov “Kaprizka - the leader of the Nichevoks.” The little man Kaprizka always appears next to the kids. And when they fall asleep, he whispers all sorts of bad things in their ears - he urges them not to listen to their parents and grandparents, makes them cry, be capricious and act out. What could this behavior mean for young children and Kaprizka himself?

Potya and Potiha are newlyweds. Potya is a big eccentric, but his wife lovingly forgives him for all his stupid deeds.

The story is about how the fat and lazy boy Petka, because of the deception of the mischievous girl Susanna, ran away from home to the circus, and the kind girl Lyolishna helped his parents find him.
