This delicately-rendered live action narrative follows the story of a ten-year-old boy and budding entomologist named Juozapas, who was born with his heart outside of his chest. In the course of a single day, young Egle is confronted with her mother's suicide and is consumed by the guilt of having caused her death, all because of not being able to write one letter in the alphabet.
