The main event features Shinya Aoki facing David Gardner in a lightweight bout, with Aoki coming off a unanimous decision win over Joachim Hansen at DREAM.5 and Gardner entering after a TKO victory in M-1 Challenge. The fourth edition of ShoXC took place on January 25, 2008 at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The event took place on Saturday, February 10, 2007 at the DeSoto Civic Center in Southaven, Mississippi. The main card aired on Showtime, with the undercard was streamed live on the Proelite.com website.
