Hossein Kurd Shabestri, the shepherd of Sardar Masih Khan, saves Fari Naz, Sardar's daughter, from some bandits. He goes to Isfahan to look for the girl, and in the market of the city, he has a dispute with Loti Haider and Mesh Asfar over the payment for the repair of his clothes and the food he ate. A young mother and her toddler daughter, Leila, are going to the beach by boat. Their boat capsizes due to a falling tree, and the mother is killed.
