Nakanishi Aruno is disliked and bullied by other Nogizaka46 members because she's different from them. After one of them lock Aruno and tell her to not come back, she decides to come back definitely.

During the reign of Iemitsu, the third Tokugawa Shogun, the once peaceful city of Edo is thrown into chaos by the dead known as "Furanjin." The Furanjin return from their graves and attack townspeople in search of living flesh, and anyone who is bitten is transformed. As people's lives are threatened by the growing terror of the Furanjin, Kusaka Genshiro and the Grim Reaper Juran encounter a girl who has lost her memory. The two decide to help find out who she is and begin to investigate her past.
