After surviving a perilous journey in Guluo, brothers Zhang Haike and Zhang Nian are thrust into a new adventure when Zhang Nian is kidnapped by the elusive Han Shuang. To secure his brother’s release, Zhang Haike must guide Han Shuang back to Guluo to uncover the legendary artifact known as the "Gong Ka," leading them into an intense and dangerous expedition through the snowy wilderness.

Set in the Republic of China era, the film follows Zhang Haike and Zhang Nian as they embark on a perilous adventure in the mountains. Their quest for an ancient silk manuscript leads them deep into the treacherous Gu Luo Cave, where they must navigate the darkness and face numerous challenges.

Huo Youxin investigates the mysterious death of her subordinate, tracing it back to Wushan Residence. She traps manager Bai She, hoping to uncover the source of a deadly illness. However, Bai She turns the tables, and both become infected. Seeking a cure, they enlist Wu Xie’s help, leading them to a secret cave where they must unravel the illness’s origins.

Jiang Shang and his companion, Si Buxiang, are exposed as swindlers in a village. Rescued by his brother Shen Gongbao, Jiang learns he’s been chosen as the Executor of Deification—a role Shen desires. After some hesitation, Jiang accepts the mission to end violence, straining their bond. Disillusioned, Shen joins a rival faction, sparking a fierce rivalry over the role of Executor.

Yang Jinghua, a young heir to a family of exorcists, is left struggling alone after his parents’ deaths. Barely surviving, he encounters the wealthy and skilled exorcist Duanmu Xi while trying to fend off a spirit. After a fatal accident, Yang awakens to find himself in a contract with Duanmu Xi, marking the start of his new life.
