Simultaneously, he visits his favorite book shops, meets with his friends and encounters new people so to ease his emotional pain. From Tochigi, then to Kyoto and finally in Kagawa, he finds his own bestselling book during his journey, but will this give him an answer to the reason why he could not write any more?

A love story filmed entirely on location in Nagasaki Prefecture, depicting the encounter between an ordinary college student and a female classmate with a wide range of interests. The young man meets a woman whose personality is the complete opposite of his own, and though initially bewildered, he gradually finds himself captivated by her.

Tetsuo Gonda, nicknamed Gon-mama, is a big, macho gay man. Hironaga Ryota was a child when he was separated from his father due to his parents' divorce. He takes over the glasswork factory his father almost brought to bankrupty and manages to somehow get by. In the meantime, Ryota himself is also divorced with children he does not see. One day his older brother Shoichi says he saw their father out in the city. Thus begins the two brothers' effort to find their father.
