Koichi Haruyama, who works at the Morita Automobile Factory, was driving a convertible through Ginza in search of accident sites. In Yokohama, there is an uproar because Kenji's father, Shozo Hase, a customs officer, has been accused of stealing confiscated drugs. The story unfolds with thrilling action as Kenji bravely confronts the gang of villains who framed his father and kidnapped him, all while seeking justice and vindicating his father's innocence.
