The film begins with the theft of a 15th-century carpet worth two million manats, owned by a wealthy businessman. Eliş and Roşka accidentally find the carpet, which drives the plot forward. The events in the television play unfold in and around one of the departments operating under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. Thus, the events unfold with the appointment of a new inspector to the department. The fact that the new employee is a compatriot of the head is considered a source of hope for the difficult fate of the department, but the fact that the inspector performs his work honestly and does not prioritize the issue of "compatriot" over loyal service to the state upsets the plans of the department's management.

The film is dedicated to the memory of the great Azerbaijani poet Muhammad Fuzuli by the relic-gazalakh, and the lyric poet Aliaga Vahid. The poet's life is presented in chronological order. The authors do not clearly indicate the names of the people who covered Vahid. They tried to create a generalized artistic image using some of the master poet's masterpieces from his difficult life.

The events in the film take place in one of the modern cities. The editor-in-chief Rustam Agayev (Egit Iskenderov) finds an ancient lamp placed in the jaw. For the talented but poor character Rustam, this lamp shatters the sky. With the help of jinn, the young man suceeds: his play is made on anchor; his girlfriend, Maya (Natalia Tagiyeva), agrees to marry him, and the bar is in the apartment. But Rustam wants to achieve everything. When the jinn throws away his "owner," he unveils the secret: a person must believe in his own power, and there must be a strong desire to create miracles.

The oil industry is emerging in Baku. A poor young man named Jalil accidentally becomes the owner of an oilfield site. But unexpected wealth brings him one misfortune after another. His friends turn away from him, and the woman he loves leaves for another. A hero who dreamed of a home will never create a family.
