Yamamura (Kenta Kawasaki), an anime otaku since his school days, hid his passion while living as a delinquent. Back then, he fell in love at first sight with transfer student Akiko (Kazusa Okuyama), only to be heartbroken. Years later, on the way to a regular family meeting, Yamamura, Joji (Takashi Kitadai), and Ishizawa (Hiroto Honda) stop by a café—where Joji and Ishizawa both instantly fall for the waitress, Akiko. Seeing the trio completely smitten, self-proclaimed love expert Nakashima (Yoshimi Tachi) offers to investigate her tastes, but secretly begins dating her himself. Determined to confess, Yamamura visits Akiko’s home, only to be met by her troubled expression. Behind it all is Horiuchi, a café regular who had always lingered on the edge of her world. Learning the truth, Yamamura races to save Akiko from her situation.

A Gangler remnant, Ganima, captures Tyramigo and the other Kishiryu inside his safe! To save them, the Ryusoulgers engage Ganima in battle, however he starts to use the Kishiryu's own powers against them! Banba and Towa chase after Ganima and come into contact with Keiichiro from the Global Police! Meanwhile, Koh comes into contact with Kairi from the phantom thieves! In order to save the Kishiryu, these three Super Sentai teams will unite! This winter, knights, phantom thieves, and police officers will mix and match to create an amazing battle!

A stage show for Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger that serves as an epilogue to the series, showing what takes place after the events of the final episode. It was held at 8 different city theaters from March to April in 2019. The Ryusoulgers also appear.

The story begins when the Lupinrangers, Kairi, Touma, and Umika, are kidnapped by someone mysterious. The Patrangers are then tasked with an Abduction Case to find the missing thieves, where they run into the Kyuranger team as they pass through space. Just who exactly kidnapped them? And why did the 12 Kyurangers return to space?

Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger ～GIRLFRIENDS ARMY～ is a Hyper Battle DVD, that showcase various features of the series and its armament. The DVD will feature the series’ heroines, Umika Hayami and Tsukasa Myoujin.
